Aishwarya Viswanathan
Aishwarya is an international development professional specialising in financial sector and technology policy. At Financial Innovation for Impact and the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance, she supports the Digital Public Infrastructure Regulatory Programme, providing research and policy advisory on digital identity adoption and regulatory frameworks across Asia and Africa.
She brings seven years of experience across multilateral institutions, government advisory, and the private sector, having held roles at the World Bank Group, the United Nations Secretariat, and consulting firms including Deloitte and The Quantum Hub. Her experience includes research and economic analysis, project and knowledge management, and communications and stakeholder engagement.
Aishwarya holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Policy from Sciences Po, Paris.
