We are seeking an Innovation Acceleration Lead to drive pioneering work executing global virtual hackathons and accelerators. This role primarily focuses on the operations and management of collaborative engineering sprints tailored for public authorities. You’ll bring a strong operational background in running accelerators, coupled with domain expertise in AI, financial services, or regulatory and legal fields.
The role will include:
• Leading end-to-end operations of global virtual hackathons and accelerators, from platform development and team matching to mentor clinics and code freezes;
• Engaging with regulators, central banks, and policymakers to translate their challenges into actionable hackathon problem spaces;
• Onboarding and managing partnerships with tier-one AI Technology and Financial Services sponsors;
• Integrating hackathon programmes with capacity building and educational tracks for public authorities;
• Bridging technical insights and regulatory realities across global financial networks.
