Chantal has dedicated her career to driving impact for mission-driven organisations in development and humanitarian contexts, and previously worked at HelpAge International as Global Operations Manager.

Her experience centres on risk management, contract and partnership management, policy development, data protection, compliance, digital transformation, process development and training.

Chantal holds an MA in Development Studies from the University of Leeds.
