Our team

Diana Oleksiuk is a programme and grants lead with experience across international development, financial sector support, and public sector reform in Ukraine.

She started her career at Deloitte, working on strategy and operations projects with a focus on public sector clients, international development, strategy of enterprise, and urban development.

Diana later moved into donor-funded programmes, where she has led grant portfolios and programme delivery under UK and US funding. She worked on the FCDO CSSF UCSO Fund, supporting programme implementation and stakeholder coordination, and most recently served as Grants Senior Expert for USAID’s Investment for Business Resilience Activity, managing the full grant cycle, financial oversight, and compliance across multiple funding instruments.

Her work focuses on building practical, scalable program systems and ensuring that funding translates into real, measurable impact.
