Gabriele is responsible for refining and scaling our PMO model, streamlining core processes, and accelerating project delivery excellence.
He brings over 13 years of international experience steering complex transformation initiatives across multiple industries, including the public sector, where he has worked with UN agencies such as the WFP and the ILO. Gabriele specialises in building enterprise PMOs, RAID frameworks, and AI‑driven project management models.
He completed an Executive Programme in Artificial Intelligence at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and holds an MSc in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin.
