Our team

Lotte is an international expert in sustainable finance, digital financial innovation, and financial inclusion. She has played a key role in shaping policies and leading initiatives that address emerging challenges in capital markets and financial systems.

For 19 years, she held various leadership positions at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), including as Senior Advisor to the Director General, Regional Director for the Pacific Liaison and Coordination Office, and Chief of Finance Sector Group.

Prior to joining ADB, she served as Director for International Economic Policy at the Swedish Ministry of Finance and held positions at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and the Swedish Central Bank. She has also worked as a consultant for the International Monetary Fund.
