Manogna works on research and policy engagements at the intersection of digital public infrastructure and digital identity, with a focus on enabling inclusive and scalable adoption, particularly in emerging and developing economies.

Previously, Manogna spent over two years at the Reserve Bank of India’s Innovation Hub working on financial inclusion initiatives. She was part of the core team working on the Unified Lending Interface (ULI), a digital public infrastructure initiative designed to enable frictionless and inclusive access to credit across India’s financial ecosystem. She believes effective policy must be grounded in evidence and informed by how people actually use digital systems.

Manogna holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy, specialising in Governance and Society, from the Kautilya School of Public Policy, Hyderabad, and is passionate about using digital financial innovation to improve everyday lives.
