Nadia brings extensive expertise in financial services policy developed across institutions in Europe and Asia.

After starting her career as a lawyer in the Netherlands, Nadia spent several years at a European trade federation in Brussels, specialising in retail financial services policy, before joining the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in London. During her tenure at the FCA, she held various roles spanning EU withdrawal policy and the management of high-level regulatory relationships across the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently at the FCA, she led the development of the UK's policy framework for stablecoins.

Based in Singapore, Nadia now leads frontier technology policy across the APAC region for Fii, with a focus on digital assets, artificial intelligence and Big Tech. Through targeted technical assistance programmes, she partners with regulators to build robust regulatory frameworks and to address complex emerging policy challenges - advancing the safe and responsible digitalisation of finance. She is a regular contributor to international conferences and policy forums.
