Naomi brings extensive HR experience from across international fintech, technology start-ups and scale-ups, and mission-driven non-profits. She has partnered closely with leadership teams to align people strategies with organisational growth and operational performance, and she guest lectures in Leadership and Organisational Behaviour programmes across the UK.

Her work spans organisational design, workforce planning, HR technology implementation, and people development. A Master’s in Law underpins this expertise, ensuring that how organisations treat, support, and develop their people is always grounded in best practice and the strongest possible foundations.

Naomi is passionate about creating the conditions for people to fulfil their potential. She believes that organisations which invest in their people drive impact that reaches far beyond the workplace into the communities and causes they serve.
