Oleksandra focuses on building the regulatory foundations for a robust digital asset market in Ukraine, to support long-term growth. She brings a rare combination of perspectives: experience designing central bank supervisory frameworks from the inside, and a deep understanding of how fintechs navigate supervision and regulation. This gives her a strong instinct for what an effective digital asset framework requires.

At the National Bank of Ukraine, Oleksandra worked on supervisory technology initiatives and regulatory sandbox development, and she contributed to aligning non-banking legislation with European and international standards. She subsequently led EU government affairs at Revolut, engaging regulators across key European markets during fintech's rapid growth.
