Pilar’s work for Fii spans recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and HR analytics.

She is also Project Coordinator at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) at Cambridge Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

Pilar volunteers identifying potential donors at Gufasha Girls Foundation, a community-based organisation whose mission is to end child marriage and empower girls and young women in Uganda through advocacy, capacity building, and education support.

Pilar’s background is in Psychology, and she holds an MSc in Neuroscience. During her master’s, she worked as a research assistant.
