His work has focused on regulatory and supervisory innovation across digital identity and data sharing, AI governance, cybersecurity, financial inclusion, and emerging technologies. He has also advised financial institutions and industry bodies on regulatory strategy and contributed to international development initiatives focused on strengthening financial systems and digital ecosystems.

Reiga holds a bachelor's degree from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
