Tim Brown

Tim works in Fii's strategic initiatives hub, supporting the roll-out and implementation of new work streams, such as the C:\>DIR (Cambridge Digital Innovation and Regulation Initiative).

Tim spent 15 years of his career at Oxfam Great Britain, working in various roles across the Fundraising and Engagement division. After a spell in the Philanthropy Team, he was primarily involved in communications and funding operations; producing specialist donor communications and reports, facilitating relationships between country programme teams and key funders, and leading on the improvement and efficiency of funding systems and processes. In his most recent role, he co-led a team transforming Oxfam GB’s approach to co-financing and the associated risks and opportunities.

He holds an MA in Development Studies form the University of Leeds, and is a Trustee of Emmanuel Church Oxford.
